On the other hand, as least theoretically, World Bank struggles to develop the world and free it from all poverty, hunger, HIV, etc. World Bank -again theoretically- works for alleviating the status of Human being especially in those poor developing countries.

Now the paradox lies here. How can a Wolf be guardian of sheep? How an engineer of war could lead the development of the world?! Wolfowitz and brothers have destroyed Afghanistan and Iraq and now the reward he gets is to lead the World Bank!

USA has the lion's share in World Bank and by regulation all presidents must be US citizens. Now, president Bush inserted the new American dominance agenda to all possible sectors. For decades, the World Bank has been enslaving poor countries through "loans" for which they need to return much more by interest, and now with Wolfs in the Bank, the enslavement process will take more "harsh" form. Now the poor countries will start to see the real face of "Wolf"!

It is a tendency for unethical powerful countries to impose power on the poor and suck their money to make them poorer. Usually, at the beginning, this powerful country does not show the ugly face and feel shame to do so. However, it can not hide the ugly face for long, and a time comes when this shyness disappears and "Wolf" emerges from "Bush".

Contrast this with the spread of Islam, when the companions of the Prophet Muhammad carried the light of Islam and spread it to the globe without depriving them from their rights or invading their lands. Islam entered the heart before those illuminated hearts decided to let Islam in their land. All those countries became rich when they started to practice Islam. History proves the great civilization Muslims built in the heart of this globe in the middle ages. The elements of revival of that civilization still exists. Only problematic part remains with those Wolves who does not know how to protect the sheep and at the same time does not allow those who know how to protect to protect.
