Usury became legal after being illegal. Individuals started to satisfy sexual desire without any taboo. Marriage is no more the only way to exercise this desire. The modern technology came and aroused this desire more. Hollywood is doing an excellent job to make people excited all the time. Co-education and co-working place became a good place to practice the remaining hot-passion scenes of cinema in memory. School boys and girls wanted to imitate elders. They engaged into sex. When teenagers reach puberty, and an inner desire for sex grows, he/she find thousands of ways to practice it in the west. This caused problem.

Boys and girls engaged in Sex and that causes pregnancy and STDs including AIDS. These are the two apparent problem. However, beyond that there are lot's of more problems that does not threaten a materialized society. These boys and girls after their marriage will most likely continue to have sex outside the legal way. This will cause the problem of husband-wife dispute as a result of betrayal. If they get a child (even assuming this child is genuine from the legal father) he will get psychologically ill because of the lack of family ties and continuous parent's dispute. This problem will transfer from one generation to other. Looking into it from a broad angle: the whole society will have bad impact in future.  

The Western Solution

Parents felt very bad when their teenage girl got pregnant. They felt bad when their young boy got some sexually transmitting diseases. They complained. The sociologists, scientists, experts started to research and find appropriate solutions. They did find "solutions". Let us educate our children about sex. Let us teach them the good-sex and the bad-sex. Let us teach them that sex with condom is good and sex without condom is bad. Let us teach them that enjoy sex with friends but let that be a safe-sex. We will distribute condoms at school and let them experiment it outside school.

Now the west is applying this "solution" in very primary schools. They are taught not to feel shy talking sex. One of the famous ice-breaking exercise in the introductory class is that every boy-girl pair sit together with each facing the other. The boy will look at the girl and say "Hello, vulva" the girls will reply "Hello, penis". Yes, this is not fiction, it is fact! Those scientists did find that a good exercise.

The Islamic Solution

In other words: Allah's solution. I should not say a solution, rather I should say prevention of such a problem from the very beginning. Since Allah created male and female He is the most suitable to know what will make them operate in the most efficient way. He is the most appropriate to dictate the nature of their relationship.

The western solution does not look into the root cause of the problem. As a result it gives partial solutions, and solutions that add to the problem rather than solve it. The preventive measure of such problem goes in a very early state and expands in so many directions.

Here are the Islamic preventive measures:

1. Allah is watching us all the time, any body disobeys His order will be punished in the day of Judgment. The concept of a judgment day and paradise and hellfire and the supreme power of Allah is a solution to so many problems in the practicing Muslim society. "And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves, remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins- and who can forgive sins except Allah? .." [Sura aal-Imran 3:135]

2. The parents are not allowed to expose their private parts in front of kids. The kids are instructed not to enter into parents private place in certain times. O you who believed, let those whom your right hands possess and those who have not reached puberty among you ask permission of you [before entering] at three times: before the dawn prayer and when you put aside your clothing at noon and after the night prayer. three times of privacy for you.. [Surah an-Nur 24: 58]

3. Women are not allowed to expose their beauty to the public.

4. Both men and women are instructed to lower their gaze and not to let it roam freely. Thus a practicing Muslim will not watch Hollywood scenes and sex magazines. "Tell the believing men to reduce their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do. And tell the believing women to reduce their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which appears thereof.." [Surah an-Nur 24: 30 -31]

5. When a teenager feels sexual desire let him fast. (Abstain from food and drink and sex).

6. Parents are advice to help their kids get marriage early, so they may practice their sexual desire in a lawful way.

7. Sodomy is prohibited, even husband can not have sex in the rectum of his wife.

8. Women are instructed not to talk with foreigners in an attractive manner. (No call-girl business).".. then do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate speech." [sura al-Ahzab 33:32]

9. No hand-shake between man and woman. This will arouse the sex through skin contact. It will be unfair to ask a man not to get attracted to a woman after asking him to hand-shake her.

10. If a wife is unable to sexually satisfy the husband, then instead of practicing sex outside marriage, he is allowed to marry a second, a third and a fourth wife. Similarly, a wife may ask divorce from the court if her husband can not sexually satisfy her. A husband can not abstain from sex more that 4 month. " For those who swear not to have sexual relations with their wives is waiting time of four months, but if they return [to normal relations] - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." [Sura al-Baqarah 2:226]

11. The primary goal of mother is to stay in-house and produce the future history-makers. She is honored with all kind of expense, shelter and satisfaction. She does not have to worry about money. The husband is to bring all her needs.

When a society abides by the above rules and regulations, they will leave in a pure society. Sex is controlled by divine rules that suits the most. Everyone does his/her job in building a civilization that is to last and not to collapse.
