Work Bank, United Nation and organizations similar worked together to produce 8 development goals which they want to achieve in this millennium. They set targets and indicators for each goal. They continuously monitor the progress and take actions accordingly.[1]

Working on the ‘Development Goals’ requires the understanding of ‘development’ first. What is development? The target of development is Human. So, what causes human to be happy? Does money guarantee happiness? Does physical health guarantee happiness? What is happiness?

We Muslims can strongly claim that we hold the key answers to these difficult questions, and we only hold the key elements to dictate a plan for Development in this world.

That is surely a very powerful statement that require similarly powerful argument and proof. Powerful statement when is not coupled with powerful arguments becomes dictatorship. For example, G. W. Bush always says powerful arguments like ‘We are there in Iraq to guarantee freedom, and to combat terrorism’, but since he has no evidence in support, he became the biggest icon for fun and hate alike.

I know of two ways to prove my earlier strong statement (that we Muslims only have the qualification to design development goal for this world). One, to start showing our qualifications and with logic, convincing the world that we have that knowledge. Two, to take the goals designed by others and systemically showing that it does not serve the purpose, and is incomplete, and does not guarantee happiness for mankind.

In this article I will take the second approach. I will take each goal and discuss it. In the course of discussion, the point of view of Islam will flush out clearly.

Goal # 1: Eradicate Extreme Poverty and Hunger

The staff of UN and World Bank are the most highly paid employees. They go for missions and stay in five star hotels. They visit those poor countries and fix agendas that ensure the prolongation of their poverty. Because, if the poverty is eradicated, many of those highly paid employees of UN and World bank will be eradicated from their job as well. So, we have a contradict of interest.

In Bolivia the World Bank ‘advised’ the government to privatize water supply sector. That was not an ‘innocent’ and ‘sincere’ advice. The bid went for a subsidiary of the Bechtel Corporation. The private company increased the price three times. The poorest have to pay 3 times more to get drinking water. This money goes to big bosses in Bechtel, who in turn will share some money with executives of World Bank and White House. [2]

Poverty is a valuable card at the hand of the ‘white West’ to chain the poor countries and suck their provisions. The White West want to keep these countries poor and wanted. Then the rich will send some aid to the poor. The poor will feel very obedient to the rich to get further aid. Then the rich will set it’s own agenda for the poor. The rich will say to the poor: “Bring your women out of the home, and I will give your few bucks”. The poor at the beginning will find it against their culture and norms. But because of the hunger and poverty, eventually they agree. The rich will then set the next agenda, and so on.

‘Poverty Eradication’ is the greatest hypocrisy of the modern western capitalism. In reality, Helping the poor is mercy in the heart before being dollars at the hand. Does those sitting in Washington have mercy for the poor? Actions speak louder than voice.

Goal # 2: Achieve Universal Primary Education

To enslave the third world countries, the ‘white west’ need to educate the poor. Why? So those slaves will be able to read and understand the agenda of the west. Illiteracy is a hindrance in the road to full enslavement. Those poor need to get the art of reading and writing, and need to go to school. The ‘white rich’ will then design the school curriculum that serves the hidden agenda of the west. Then the ‘white west’ will make it compulsory for all boys and girls to go by these ‘black’ curricula. The white will pour money to build schools, print books, etc. The ‘dumb’ poor will triumph and say it lound: “These Americans are friend of the mankind”. Those Americans will triumph too and say it secretly: “Yeh, dumbs..we are molding the next generation as we like! and not as You Like!”.

If some Islamic organization designs a project to create an Islamic curriculum based on Quran and Sunnah, and asked aid from World Bank, do you think Wolfowitz will pay a penny! To the contrary, this organization will be blacklisted, their account will be frozen, and the members will end up in the dark cells of guantanamo bay!

Goal # 3: Promote Gender Equality and Empower Women

Women are always the most successful weapon at the hand of colonial power. To destroy a society, women is the most effective weapon of Mass Destruction. The first temptation of the Children of Israel was because of corruption related to Women. The German Philosopher Oswald Spengler [3] studied many societies and found a trend of correlation between Women-going-out and collapse of a society. Why? Because, the primary function of Woman is to build a family and take care of kids and husband. They are society builders. They are the school that produces future leaders. When they are out of home, and out of this noble function, then the ‘white west’ will hunt two birds by a stone. They will ensure that inside each house, the kids and husbands are not getting the love and sooth of their Women, and at the same time, they will ensure that many corruption related to sex are being carried out in the society.

Islam will never stand as an obstacle in the way of Girl Education. But Islam will surely stand an obstacle in the way of Girls forgetting their major function of kid upbringing and compete will men in workplace. The west does not like that. The west is already suffering from Women related problems in workplace, and does want the poor countries to share the sufferings of the west. The ‘white west’ leaders get very jealous seeing the ‘dark east’ Muslim lady wearing Hijab. They cry within themselves and wish the western lady could be as noble, moral, chaste and ethical as her.

One of the indicators to measure ‘Gender Equality’ is to see the proportion of seats held by women in national parliament. It is a paradox to see no women in the history of US Presidents, yet they want to impose Muslim women and push her to occupy such position.

Goal # 4: Reduce Child Mortality

If the west wants to keep those child alive so they grow up and adopt Western values, then their death would have been far better. What is the value of keeping child physically alive and then killing it’s spirituality.

If today some Islamic organization designed a comprehensive child mortality program where those poor kids are saved from death, and entered into early childhood program where they memorize Quran and Hadith and know science and technology and become practicing Muslims, do you think those lords of ‘Child Mortality’ pay a single penny? Never. Because, the ‘west’ does not want the child to escape death and be free human being, they want these kids to escape death to enter into the web of the west, and enter into real ‘spiritual death’.

Goal # 5: Improve Maternal Health

Satan found it easier to ‘brain-wash’ eve than to brain-wash Adam. The western Satan today, also finds it much easier to ‘brain-wash’ poor women. A pregnant mother will never forget the help of the ‘western’ or ‘western-alike’ nurses at the time of pain and delivery. This is a noble act, only if triggered by noble intention. Poor Muslim countries are full of Christian Missionary Hospitals, where thousands of Muslim mothers deliver their child daily. At the time of pain, they sing Jesus Songs, and spiritually baptize those innocent Muslim kids. Those mothers will find it really difficult to hate these nice ladies who song continuously for them.

These mothers who were been nursed by those ‘westerns’ at the time of her hardship, will surely feed their baby –along with milk- the love and affection for those ‘white west’. And that is the very Millennium Goal the westerners want to reap. If a generation of Muslims are born where they have no hate for Westerns, then it would be much easier to enslave and rob the Muslims out of their riches.

Goal # 6: Combat HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Other Diseases

These diseases must be combated. Because, this diseases are killing the poor. And that means slaves are getting less. And that means ‘white western’ masters are having less slaves to serve them. AIDS are killing farmers in Africa, then less production of plans that are used by the westerns. Westerns need the Cacao tree from Africa and Latin America. They will buy it with no money, and sell it back to the third world and Middle East as premium Chocolates with huge amount of money.

AIDS is a product of illegal sex. However, illegal sex is legal under western individual freedom. So, those people can not say ‘refrain from sex’. They say ‘use condoms, but have sex with girl/boy friend’. The result on the ground shows that AIDS are increasing. This goal can not be achieved with western solution. It can only be met with Islamic solution. [4]

Goal # 7: Ensure Environmental Sustainability

It is a well known fact that the ‘west’ are dumping their toxic waste in the third world countries. They are causing health problems to the these poor. They are creating diseases in the poor, and then they are going there for treatment. This gives them opportunity to experiment with disease treatment. The poor became ‘laboratory rats’ for the ‘white west’. The big pharmaceutical companies carry experiments of designing tablets in the poor nations. So, the ‘west’ gets rid of toxic material, that is the first goal. Second, those toxic material causes disease in the poor countries. Then, the west fly the long distance to cure the poor. They boast and say ‘see, we are taking the long journey out of mercy, and to save the poor, and we are pro-poor!’. So that was the second objective. Third objective, is to carry on ‘laboratory’ tests on the black poor and discover new medicines. [5]

Goal # 8: Develop a Global Partnership for Development

If the ‘west’ want to suck the riches of the Middle East and the third world country, they have to go there under some form of partnership. They already tried in the past, at the time of old colonial days, and they are sure, that by force they can not gain much. So, they have designed World Trade Organization and asked those poor nations to join. When these nations wanted to join, they are given a long list of conditions to fulfill. In this way, the western are penetrating the market of the Muslims and sucking the money of Muslims. Those big traders –and mostly the Jews- earn billions from the pocket of Muslims. When these Jews find the appropriate time, they create tension in stock exchange and play with the value of local currency. The example of south east Asia in the late 90s of the last century is well know.

So, here again this Millennium goal is to make the western richer and the poor poorer. When they find a country causing problem to follow the WTO rules, they cast labels like ‘Bad Governance’, ‘Human Right Violation’, ‘Terrorism’ and etc. Under this Millennium Goal, many westerns agencies penetrate Muslim countries under the banner of NGOs. They do business, and destroy the Muslim culture and steal the identity of Muslims.

Conclusion

Dear Reader,
What I said above seems to be influenced by ‘conspiracy theory’. That might be correct. I have one thousand and one reason to think of ‘western conspiracy’ against the Muslims. If I had not a single evidence from current and historical events, then still I would have strong ground to think of ‘conspiracy’. Do you know why? Because, my Book of Guidance, and my Book of Allah says so. Read some verses:

The west failed in the world of moral and ethics. They only excel in the material world. Islam -on the other hand- when practiced properly, ensures the excel in both worlds: in the world of ethics, moral and in the science and technology. Islamic History proves that.

The west never links between adherence to the true religion, with development on earth. Quran says is very clearly, that the worship of Allah causes development on earth. Worship of Allah causes the cloud to shower water, and causes population increase, and causes the increase of wealth and provision. These are essential parameters of human development. Read the following verses:

• And if the people of the towns had believed and had the piety and fear of Allah, certainly, We should have opened for them blessings from the heaven and the earth, but they belied, So We took them (with punishment) for what they used to earn [7:96]
• (Prophet Hud said)"And O my people! Ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him, He will send you abundant rain, and add strength to your strength, so do not turn away as criminals." [11:52]
• (Prophet Noah saying) "I said (to them): 'Ask forgiveness from your Lord, verily, He is Oft-Forgiving; He will send rain to you in abundance, And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers. " [71:10-12]
