Hello, this is Abdulbaqi.

I am a Bangladeshi, brought up in Saudi Arabia. I studied here in Arabic and had a BS and MS in Computer Science. I am fluent in Arabic . As you can guess, English is only a second language for me.

Being in Saudi Arabia, I had the opportunity to get exposed to Quran and Hadith and learn the pure creed of Islam from it's original sources.

As for my belief system, I consider Quran and the authentic hadith of Prophet Muhammad -peace be upon him- as my guidelines. Because of my lack of knowledge and inability to access (and understand properly) all hadiths of the Prophet, I follow -like other Bangladeshis- the fiqh school of Imam Abu Hanifa. However, in the presence of an authentic hadith that contradicts the opinion of Imam Abu Hanifa, I have no choice but to follow the Prophet -peace be upon him.

In matter of Aqeedah (Creed), I follow the path of Sahaba (companions of the Prophet) and their followers and the well-known creed of the famous ulama like the four Imams (Abu Hanifa, Malik, Shafeyee, Ibn Hanbal), and great scholars like Imam Bukhari, Ibn Taimiyah, Ibnul Quayeem, etc.

In the matter of Allah's attributes and qualities, I believe in what Quran and Sunnah speaks on the attributes, actions and organs of Allah. I think they are physically true, without knowing their nature and without asking How? I believe Allah has real physical two hands, he descends to the lower heaven, will come on the Day of Judgement, Laughts, get's Angry, Loves, is well established over His Throne, etc. But I can never say His hands are like ours.

There is nothing like Him; and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer.

I started this site to participate in the huge cyber world to promote the words of Allah. I believe, Internet is a very powerful tool to dessiminate knowledge. No knowledge could be as powerful as the knowledge spoken by Allah in Quran. My intention is to let you appreciate this knowledge.

Our Prophet encouraged us to carry and convey knowledge. An ignorant knowledge carrier might convey a valuable knowledge to a wise man, who might use this knowledge further. I might be that ignorant carrier of quranic knowledge. Someone wise and intelligent out there in this globe, might one day find some material in this site, that will ignite some ideas in his/her mind. The book of Allah is still an unexplored ocean.

Islam gave leadership to the mankind for centuries. However, in late years, when Muslims started to turn away from the teachings of Quran and Sunnah, the leadership slided to others. However, we have still the source of leadership, and the source of power intact in our hand. That is the Quran and Sunnah. So, it is our choice to lead or be leaded. If we choose to abide by the instruction of Quran and Sunnah, we will lead others, otherwise, others will lead us.

When others started to lead the mankind, the wise mankind could immediately see the problem. This site tries to create and awareness of these problems that the mankind faces when others leads, and how the would-be world  will look if Islam gives the lead to mankind. This site let's you imagine the Utopia that Islam guarantees for mankind.
