Video Report and Transcript of Supreme Court Argument
Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow presented oral arguments in the critical First Amendment case "Pleasant Grove v. Summum".  We have provided a copy of the transcript for your review.  Jay has also filed a video report from the steps of the Supreme Court to update you on the case. In the meantime, you can check out our photo gallery entry of this event.

We must win this case, otherwise cities would be forced to dismantle long-standing patriotic and historical displays.  We ask for your prayers as we now await the decision.
